Custom plans to meet your needs
At Nelson Builders, we realize that every home we build is designed specifically to meet your needs. Because every client is unique, having a set of "model" homes is no longer the best approach. While we often start from existing homes or plans, the result will be something unique to you. We use our years of expertise and in-house design/drafting ability to create every plan unique to you.
As you begin this journey, we recommend you take some time to review potential plans and pictures to start to form an image for your new home. You don't have to find the perfect plan, you can take parts from multiple plans and sources. You may find that you like the layout in one home, the exterior of another, and the interior finishes/style from a third plan. At Nelson Builders, we can then take all these different sources of information and craft a one-of-a-kind home just for you!

Archived Plans
While we no longer build model homes or maintain an active plan library, our archived plans are still available here. These plans are mainly designed as "move up" homes and not necessarily meant to be the bespoke, high-end projects that are completely custom.
